The Color Hotel is a paradise with outstanding staff, excellent service, beautiful rooms, lovely pools, and a breakfast that deserves a Michelin star. Don't tell anyone, it's my secret!

Oh, and by the way, I absolutely loved swimming in the wet bathroom floor every time I took a shower. So refreshing!

The hotel's decoration is absolutely lovely, with beautiful colors and unique details that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas, such as the lush gardens with waterfalls and fountains, are perfect for senior people to relax and enjoy nature. The hotel is also very accessible, with level pathways and elevators, making it easy for us seniors to move around comfortably.

I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there. While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, there were a few instances where I felt their attention and service fell short.

Here we were very close to few of our favorite spots such as Wine Museum. Really perfectly located hotel. We had a balcony. La Terrazza is within walking distance of the property.

Very friendly staff, top breakfast, beautiful pool area

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Upon entering my room, I was greeted with a chilled bottle of champagne and two lovely gifts, as it was my 25th wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday. The hotel itself was immaculate, with staff constantly cleaning and maintaining the premises. The breakfast offered a delicious array of choices, and I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant twice, which was a wonderful experience. The highlight for me was the exceptional outdoor area, with its fantastic selection of pools, including a swim-up bar. Pamela, who worked at the swim-up bar, was excellent and added to the overall enjoyment of the area.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was great and always fresh. The bikes in top condition and the four pools were refreshing after a cycling tour at the lake. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The suite had two bathrooms, even with a whirlpool tub and the bed is round.

The hotel's vibrant and stylish decor created a welcoming and lively atmosphere, which I found delightful. The lush, tropical gardens with their palm and olive trees, waterfalls, and fountains were a visual treat. The hotel's design ensured easy accessibility for senior people like me, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing vacation.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in certain situations, as they sometimes seemed inexperienced and lacked proper training.

Parquet instead of carpet

We arrived at 10pm, check in was excellent. The hotel had responded to a query prior to our stay. Excellent breakfast, lovely facilities.

We had a fantastic city break in Bardolino at a hotel that was full of charm and had a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located near the lake promenade and just a short walk to the center of town. We loved the stylish and pretty decor throughout the hotel, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The multiple pools, lounges, and bars provided plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment. The hotel restaurant was also a highlight, with themed nights and a romantic rooftop dinner at sunset. Plus, the extensive breakfast spread was a great way to start the day.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of downsides to note. our room was slightly small, which made it a bit cramped for comfort.

The hotel was very nicely situated close to the town centre. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food in the hotel was of an excellent standard, although a bit expensive for dinner. On the whole the hotel was very beautiful but welcoming at the same time.

I did not like the room we were allocated. Although it was described as a Glamour suite, it was basically just a decent sized bedroom with sliding doors to give the effect of a suite but with the sliding doors closed it rendered both the seating area and bedroom so small that they were claustrophobic. Also in that size of room, 2 TVs was unnecessary which were particularly useless in our case since there wasn't one single English speaking channel. All in all the room was the least enjoyable part of our stay and consequently we spent a lot of time outwith the hotel which was unfortunate because it was cloudy, cool and rainy during parts of our stay.

We loved the easy accessibility to the lake, just a short 3-4 minute walk away. The hotel facilities were great, with an indoor pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
